In his primary role as Senior Manager, Technical Services, Frank is responsible for providing technical support and strategy advice to Dixon Advisory’s Financial, Investment and Property Advisors in relation to complex superannuation, portfolio construction, investment selection, trade execution and credit assessment matters.

As Technical Services Advisor, Ed is responsible for providing technical support and strategy advice primarily to Dixon Advisory’s Financial Advisors on complex financial planning matters. Ed is also responsible for developing and maintaining a range of internal systems and procedures for the Financial Advisory teams which ensure clients receive high quality service and leading advice in a compliant and efficient manner. Ed also manages the development and delivery of Dixon Advisory's internal training programme which provides staff with regular strategy, compliance and technical updates.

Rachael is also responsible for maintaining and developing a range of internal procedures designed to ensure clients receive the highest quality SMSF administration service. Rachael also assists with the preparation and delivery of Dixon Advisory’s internal SMSF training program.
