Lee Eaton - Associate Director, Head of Canberra Financial Advisory
Lee Eaton's primary role at Dixon Advisory is to provide comprehensive strategic financial advice to a select portfolio of clients including public servants, private sector workers and business owners.  His expertise extends to all areas of personal finance and includes a detailed understanding of the interlinking between superannuation, insurance and investment portfolios to maximise a client's wealth generation and protection. 
 
As Head of Canberra Advisory, Lee is also responsible for the development, mentoring and training of Dixon Advisory's Canberra Team of Financial Advisors and Analysts. This involves ensuring that the technical strategies developed by our Strategy and Investment Committees (Chaired by Daryl Dixon and Max Walsh) are applied throughout the firm. 
 
Lee has both a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and International Business, and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from the Australian National University.  He also has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
 
Keith Jorgensen - Financial Advisor Dixon Advisory
Keith Jorgensen - Executive Financial Advisor
Keith’s primary role is to provide comprehensive strategic financial advice to a portfolio of clients tailored to their individual needs and goals. 

Prior to joining Dixon Advisory, Keith had over 13 years experience in banking and finance, more than eight years at State Super and 5 years with GIO financial planning. During his career, Keith has been significantly involved in superannuation and wealth accumulation strategies for a broad range of clients, including Federal and NSW State employees. 

Keith is a Certified Financial Planner.

 
Jarrad Collins - Financial Advisor Dixon Advisory
Jarrad Collins - Financial Advisor
Jarrad provides strategic financial advice to clients tailored to their individual needs and goals. He specialises in providing clients with advice on maximising tax advantages both inside and outside of their self managed superannuation funds. 

Jarrad joined Dixon Advisory in 2006. He specialises in transition to retirement strategies and has a wide range of experience with various defined benefit schemes, including the Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme and Public Sector Superannuation Scheme. 

Jarrad has a Bachelor of Finance from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Finsia.

Ishara Rupasinghe - Financial Advisor
Ishara provides strategic financial advice to clients tailored to their individual needs and goals. Ishara specialises in a range of pre- and post-retirement strategies, including maximising clients’ personal and superannuation financial positions; ComSuper defined benefit schemes and personal insurance.

Ishara has spent the bulk of her career with Dixon Advisory, commencing as a financial analyst and providing assistance to our Directors and Senior Advisors. Since progressing to Financial Advisor she has applied this experience to be well regarded for assisting her clients navigate the complex combination of superannuation, taxation, personal and property investment to achieve the optimal financial outcome for her clients. Prior to joining Dixon Advisory, Ishara worked for the Federal Government in a range of engineering positions.

Ishara has Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Australian National University and has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan.
