Award recognises Dixon Advisory for service excellence


Dixon Advisory has been recognised for demonstrating leadership in service excellence by being selected as an ABA 100 Winner for Service Excellence in The Australian Business Awards 2014.

This is the fourth consecutive year Dixon Advisory has been named a winner in The Australian Business Awards, including Service Excellence (2012 & 2013) and Best Consumer Product for its self managed super fund service (2011).

Chris Brown, Managing Director and CEO, Dixon Advisory Australia, said the firm was continually identifying ways to improve service for clients and remain at the forefront of the financial services industry.

“We’re very proud of our fee-for-service advice in an industry that is still heavily reliant on commissions,” Mr Brown said.

“The Service Excellence award recognises our pioneering work in removing commissions from insurance and mortgage broking advice, where our clients have the potential to save thousands of dollars over the life of a product and our highly skilled advisers demonstrate the value of receiving personal advice that is in the clients’ best interest.”

The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to service excellence.
